Oregon Coast – Getting Ready for Trip
Acrylic on 20″ by 16″ Canvas. Started out as a painting done during “Paint Nite” and then I added some friendly penguins inspired by a similar image that I then further adapted.
Here are two paintings that helped me forget about the tragedies of this week’s news. 🙁 First, we have chinstrap penguins in their habitat. They have a natural smile on their faces. And then a young woodpecker found in Crandon Park based on photo.
I saw several photos of albino penguins on the internet and created this one based on several combined. Check out his innocent face.
